• Delivery country
Deliveries are made exclusively in mainland France and Monaco except for student residences, military barracks, post office box, hotels or any address where it is not possible to deliver the parcel to the person named.
Delivery is free mainland France.
For other countries, Corsica and overseas departments (DOM TOM), delivery is possible with additional shipping charges.

• Delivery leadtime
The average delivery time is 5 days. Sundays and holidays have to be added to the indicated delivery lead time. Deliveries to Corsica and mainland France islands may take longer than the delivery time indicated on

• Delivery notice
The customer or recipient may be asked to prove his identity before parcel release.
The customer commits himself to signing the delivery receipt presented by the carrier, after opening and inspecting the parcel. If the customer encounters problems (broken parcel, missing products, etc), he must report precise statement and observation on the transport document, he also will ask the carrier to sign it and will keep a copy of the document.

The mention "subject to inspection" has no legal value. Claims must be notified to the carrier and to by registered letter with recorded delivery within three days of receipt of parcel.

In case of damage, the customer must refuse the delivery of the product and mention “refused for damage” on the freight slip. Without this mention, there is no possibility of bringing a claim against the carrier.

By signing the delivery receipt without notifying any precise claim, and accepting the products, the customer acknowledges receipt of the goods in acceptable and satisfactoring conditions.
