The present general terms of sale concern the exclusive relationship between the company MOTTEZ, SAS with a capital of 152 449 €, registered at RCS of Lille N° 303 321 152, and the customers willing to order items on the site
These terms apply excluding any other terms, among which those applicable in the company MOTTEZ.

Order on internet:

The customer orders according to the applicable process on the site and validates the summary of the order.

The customer must provide us with all necessary information for delivery : Title, name, first name, address, access code, floor, building number and other necessary information such as home or mobile telephone number in case it is needed to contact the customer to arrange a meeting during the day .

When registering in Create an account and/or when submitting a first order, requiring registration of the customer in Create an account, customer must fill in following data : Title, name, first name, complete address, e-mail address and a password. Customer also will make his choice on either receive or not receive commercial offers from and/or from our partners. The minimum 6 characters password is strictly personal.

During every visit, the customer must at first be identified by his log in and password prior to access to personal information in 'Log in' or before making orders,
After selecting items and being logged in, customer will choose his delivery mode, deliver address and payment mode.

Customer must fill in all mandatory fields marked in the electronic form.

The order will be summed up in MY BASKET. It can be viewed at any moment, it includes all the elements of the order and indicates the global amount including delivery rates depending on the delivery mode chosen.

Customer can go back to his order, complete informations, modify or cancel since it is not confirmed. Customer will confirm his order by clicking on CONFIRM MY BASKET.

Customer will choose his delivery address or package withdrawal address and confirm his choice by clicking on CONFIRM MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.

Customer will choose his payment mode confirm it by clicking on CONFIRM MY PAYMENT MODE.

After that customer had confirmed his order, his delivery and payment mode, he will not be able to modify or cancel his order.

Within 24 hours further to order registration, customer will receive by email a confirmation message of the order registration.

In case the confirmation message is not received within 24hours, customer should contact us on as it is possible that the order had not been correctly registered due to technical reasons.

Registered informations by system on are considered as a clear evidence of the order ( date and content ) made by the customer.

The delivery is free in France mainland.

The invoice is sent by email to the email address indicated by customer at the shipping of the package or at the latest, at the moment of delivery . Customer will also find all his invoices in his Account, Log in, after identification.


Deliveries are made exclusively in Metropolitan France and Monaco except students residences, military barracks, post office box, hotels or every address where it is not possible to hand over the package personally.
For other countries and Corsica, delivery is possible with additional shipping fees.

There is no delivery possible on Saturdays.

Products are delivered at the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process.

Deliveries are made by a carrier.

The average delivery time limit is 5 days. Sundays and holidays have to be added to the indicated leadtimes.

Deliveries in Corsica and on islands in France mainland may have longer delivery time than those displayed on the site These additional delivery times depend on specific delivery conditions of each island. cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any event occurring against its will, in particular, cases of act of God or an act of the carrier delaying or preventing the delivery of the ordered products.

Delays in delivery or in contract execution cannot cause the company to pay customer interests or damage claims.

While ordering, customer is committed to give all necessary informations to guarantee and achieve a successful delivery. In particular, a telephone number that carrier can use to contact customer during working hours.

Customer is committed for himself or for the recipient (in case of a gift) to receive the ordered goods at the address indicated in the order.

Customer might be asked to prove his identity at the reception of the delivery.

Customer is committed to sign the delivery receipt presented by the carrier, after he had opened the package and done necessary verification.

If customer encounter problems (broken package, lack of product..etc), customer will report precise statements and observations on the attendance sheet, he also will ask carrier to sign it and will keep a copy of the document. The mention " subject to inspection" has no legal value.

The claims must be noticed to the carrier and to by registered letter with recorded delivery in the three 3 days following product reception.

In case of damage, customer must refuse to receive the damaged product from the carrier and mention “ refused for damage” on the attendance sheet. Without this mention, it won't be possible to produce any claim against the carrier.

Definition of a damage

By signing the delivery receipt without noticing any precise claim and accepting the products, customer recognizes to have received goods in acceptable conditions and is fully satisfied. When you order several items at the same time, and that every item has a different delivery time, the longest period is used as a basis for the order delivery time. cannot be held responsible for consequences due to transportation problems.

In case of a delay in shipping, we will send you an email. In this situation, since the product is not shipped yet, you still have the possibility to cancel your order, as we charge only after items are shipped.

For cheque payment, we proceed to execute the order at the reception of the cheque. Therefore, applicable time limits depend on the day the cheque is received and are subject to modification.

Cooling off rights ans sale return items
By application of the Article L 121-20 of the consumer code, consumer has a seven days clear time limit to apply his cooling off right without justification and fines to pay, except for returned items fees. gives customer a fifteen days cooling off period to apply his right. Sale return items shipping fees are payable by customer.

When a customer starts a cooling off procedure, is committed to refund customer in a 15 day time limit from the reception of returned item(s). Refund will be made by transfer to the bank account which credit card has been used for payment.
